About Me

''

I am a proud mother to college-age triplets and married to my husband, Daniel, who I have been with since high school. We have had our fair share of worries about medical issues over the years, always culminating with a doctor suggesting a long series of antibiotics or antihistamines. My husband and I both became frustrated, knowing deep down that there had to be another way and so… I began immersing myself in the wellness world. I have spent years researching and trying different ways to improve health, not to mask symptoms. I looked to amazing well-known functional medicine doctors, nutritionists, biohackers, and other health coaches to build my knowledge of ways to prevent disease and to build health. I began implementing simple habits in my life that moved the needle towards a healthier version of myself. I hope to achieve the ultimate goal- for my health span to meet my life span- to live not just a long life, but a healthy one.

I was a former educator and published author. I graduated from the University of Michigan and hold a master’s degree in education from Columbia University. I went on to become a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I love working with clients to help coach them towards the healthiest versions of themselves. I am here to make wellness simple!
