Philosophy

My philosophy is that you don’t have to go to extremes to be healthy. I believe in the power of simply adding small habits to build health. I believe in medicine, when necessary. Yet I believe the goal is to prevent disease, through lifestyle, rather than simply seeking treatment once sick. I do not believe in having to be 100% to be moving in the right direction. I believe that every little thing you do to benefit your health will create change so that you move the needle towards a healthier life.
